Account Executive
The Account Executive will build relationships with new and existing customers, networking to meet new people and working to uncover IT initiatives we can help support through primary capabilities (Staffing, Solutions and Strategy). This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to build new relationships, get referrals to colleagues, and apply creativity to grow our business!
You will partner closely with technical and executive level leadership at our clients to provide expertise and guidance on their efforts to build their teams. You will also be in the unique position of helping individuals through their job search process, sharing helpful guidance and coaching them along the way. You will use your sales abilities in combination with your problem solving and critical thinking skills to impact all steps of our delivery process to our customers. We have a very strong recruiting team that will support you in your efforts.
Duties of the Account Executive include:
- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve new areas of growth with new and existing clients.
- Drive increased revenue to achieve ambitious growth, through networking, generating new leads, and enhancing existing client relationships.
Requirements of the role
- 5 years’ experience in working with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies and deliver quality client solutions.
- Inner drive to pursue new challenges, cultivate new business and achieve account growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client demands are met.
- Passion for business, technology, helping people and delighting clients.
- Must be a self-starter, have personal integrity, and excellent communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
