Records Management Specialist (Onsite)
Richmond, VA
| Monday–Friday | 8–4:30 PM or 8:30–5 PM
We’re hiring a Records Management Specialist to support clinical project teams and maintain accurate and compliant documentation. This role will assist with TMF/CRF record handling, quality checks, indexing, filing, archiving, and supporting system setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan, index, and file incoming study documents
- Support study teams with TMF/CRF records per SOP/WPD
- Identify and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Assist with archival and transfer activities
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (training provided)
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills and strong written communication
