Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage statewide community engagement initiatives and partner activities.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, advisory council sessions, and regional engagement events.
- Develop meeting agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Maintain project plans, engagement calendars, outreach trackers, and implementation schedules.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, municipalities, regional partners, and state agencies.
- Track project milestones, risks, decisions, and deliverables while ensuring timely execution.
- Support executive reporting, CMS documentation, and leadership updates.
- Coordinate communications, accessibility, language support, and public-facing materials.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of Project or Program Management experience.
- Experience supporting public health, healthcare, Medicaid, human services, or government programs.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience planning and facilitating meetings, workshops, or advisory councils.
- Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Medicaid, Rural Health, Health Equity, Community Engagement, or Public Health initiatives.
- Experience working with state agencies, healthcare organizations, or community-based organizations.
- PMP certification is a plus.
