Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related healthcare field.
  • 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Clinical Informatics, Health Information Technology, Clinical Systems, or EHR/EMR support.
  • Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, optimizing, or supporting enterprise EHR systems.
  • Experience with one or more enterprise EHR platforms such as:
  • Epic
  • Cerner
  • Meditech
  • WellSky
  • Allscripts
  • eClinicalWorks
  • Athenahealth
  • NextGen
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
  • Experience conducting system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory requirements.
