Design/Build General Contractor (also operates as an OPM firm), based in based in Warwick RI, is looking for a seasoned APM to join their team!
First project is in Providence RI (public building) - APM will be onsite

The APM is responsible for:
- Onsite in Providence RI
- Assisting with day-to-day project activities
- Maximizing project efficiency and profitability
- Performing duties as directed by Senior Management, Project Executive and/or Project Manager
- Assisting and developing working relationships with team, owner, subcontractors, and vendors
- Managing and coordinating submittal/procurement & RFI processes
- Coordinating all Document controls and drawing markups, in accordance with the company SOP
- Implementing and overseeing the field staffs tracking
- Coordinating Procore reporting
- Assisting and coordinating with project closeout
- Other duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
The Right APM Has The Following Qualifications
- 3 years of APM experience
- Ideally has CM at Risk background
- Project background in public work
- Construction related degree
- Proficient in: Excel, MS, Bluebeam, Procore
- Commutable to RI
The APM Will Receive
- Base salary up to $115K
- Bonus plan, 401K, ESOP
- Vehicle allowance $500/month mileage reimbursement (IRS rates)
