The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and Salesforce administration, with experience supporting enterprise applications, coordinating system enhancements, and delivering technology solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing IT projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Administration and configuration.
  • Experience with Tableau reporting and dashboard development.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with UAT, system deployments, and release management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
