- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in Learning & Development or HR program coordination
- Working knowledge of HR programs and practices
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with LMS administration or eLearning tools preferred
- Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
- Exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI) and HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities
