Assist with setting up and resetting conference and meeting rooms.
Arrange furniture, basic equipment, refreshments, and meeting supplies.
Inspect meeting spaces to ensure they are clean, organized, and ready for use.
Support cleaning, waste management, catering, and other soft services.
Perform routine facility checks and report maintenance issues or hazards.
Assist with moving furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials.
Log basic service requests and complete simple administrative records.
Support vendors, contractors, and facility team members with daily activities.
Provide friendly and professional assistance to employees and visitors.
Follow all site safety procedures and work instructions while performing assigned tasks.
