Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage system integrations, production support, enhancements, and technology initiatives across non-hospital healthcare divisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage case management, RICLAS billing, and Quality Assurance/incident reporting systems.
- Lead system integrations, enhancements, and special projects.
- Triage production issues and coordinate timely resolution.
- Follow structured SDLC processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with technology teams on deployments, maintenance, security, and system support.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate critical issues promptly.
