We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the development and modernization of healthcare and case management applications. Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Business Analysis or IT.
- 3 years of Business Analyst experience on large-scale IT projects.
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS Project.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, human services, government, or case management systems.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Azure Active Directory.
- Understanding of relational databases and data models.
- Experience working with healthcare or case management applications.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Salary : $50 - $54
