- Design and deliver impactful EHS training across multiple teams and locations
- Bring content to life through interactive sessions, workshops, and real-world applications
- Continuously improve training materials to stay current and effective
- Ensure all training aligns with regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Track and maintain training records and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, HR, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in EHS training or a similar role
- Strong Spanish and English communication skills—you can engage a room and make complex topics clear
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
