We are seeking an experienced Director of Institutional Research & Analytics to lead data-driven planning, assessment, reporting, and decision-making initiatives across the institution. This role is responsible for overseeing institutional research, enrollment forecasting, student success analytics, assessment of learning outcomes, accreditation support, and strategic reporting.
The ideal candidate will serve as the institution’s primary source for official data and analytics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership, academic departments, and external agencies. Responsibilities include developing statistical reports, managing data integrity, designing forecasting and tracking models, supporting budgeting and resource allocation, and leading institution-wide research and assessment projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Research, Statistics, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field with graduate-level training in research methodology and statistics
- 3 years of experience in institutional research, data analytics, assessment, or a related field
- Strong expertise in statistical analysis, research design, and data reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with data management, reporting, and analytical software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a related field
- Experience in higher education, accreditation, enrollment management, or strategic planning
