Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot AI applications such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Lovable.
- Provision/deprovision user accounts and manage application access.
- Support vendor-based and custom applications and resolve incidents.
- Configure applications based on business requirements.
- Assist with projects, APIs, reporting, and data analytics.
- Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge articles.
Requirements:
- 2 years of technical experience.
- Experience with application administration and troubleshooting.
- Higher Education experience preferred.
- AI application/platform experience preferred.
- Experience with APIs, SDLC, reporting, or data analytics is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Technology, or related field preferred.
Salary : $53 - $58
