You will design lead routing logic, build forecasting models, and ensure CRM data integrity to maximize pipeline efficiency and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the CRM (Salesforce) and revenue tech stack to support sales and marketing workflows
- Design and maintain lead scoring, attribution models, and territory routing rules
- Partner with sales leadership to build accurate pipeline forecasts, capacity models, and quota allocations
- Build and maintain executive dashboards in BI tools (Looker, Tableau) tracking key SaaS metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Audit data hygiene regularly and execute data enrichment strategies across the database
- Drive enablement and documentation for new revenue tools and process rollouts
- 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce administration (Certifications preferred) and SQL
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and sales engagement platforms (HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable operational recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- Bonus: Experience migrating billing systems or implementing CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools
