Experienced PCB Sales Consultant
Midwest Territory -- Hybrid Role
Base Salary: $80,000–$95,000 Commission
Total Compensation: Estimated $120,000–$140,000
We are partnering with a well-established North American PCB and printed electronics company to identify a high-performing Printed Electronics Sales Consultant.
This role offers existing recurring revenue from day one, strong internal resources, and the opportunity to expand a growing market across printed electronics, substrates, PSAs, and related materials.
Overview:
- Take ownership of a sizable existing book of business while actively developing new customer relationships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers across engineering, manufacturing, and technical teams
- Drive revenue through consultative selling, solution development, and strategic account expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and help shape future product offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, technical, product, and supply chain teams
- Support customers with product knowledge, training, samples, and technical insight
- Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
- Manage opportunities from initial discovery through close using a CRM platform
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales or technical experience in printed electronics or PCBs (required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or similar discipline preferred
- Comfortable with ~30% travel across the Midwest and North America
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment
- Experience with OEMs and CRM tools is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- $80K–$95K base salary with uncapped commission
- Guaranteed monthly commission ($1,500–$2,000)
