Electrical Project Manager
Location: Dunbar, WV
Employment Type: Full-time/On-site
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 plus bonuses
About the Role:
Our client, a leading electrical contractor based in Dunbar, WV, is seeking a well-versed and driven Electrical Project Manager to oversee complex industrial and large-scale construction projects. This hands-on role is ideal for a candidate with a strong electrical background who enjoys managing long-term projects in heavy industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage industrial projects including chemical plants, automotive facilities, hydroelectric projects, power plants, and major Toyota projects
- Oversee multiple projects or phases depending on scope, with typical project timelines of 1–2 years
- Collaborate with teams primarily based in West Virginia
- Use Bluebeam, Accubid, Spectrum (construction program), and Excel for project management and reporting
- Directly support and manage electricians on-site
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical project management within industrial or plant environments
- Hands-on leadership style with strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with union work environments is a plus
