Billing Coordinator
Key responsibilities

Weekly recording and verification of hours worked by employees, independent contractors, and LLC subcontractors, ensuring consistency between time reports, work orders, and billing.

Consolidation of hours and generation of weekly billing, according to the schedule of each client.

Issuance of invoices in coordination with the operations and accounting areas, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.

Control of income by customers, verifying payments, credit notes and accounting adjustments.

Collaboration with accounting and finance for revenue reconciliation and accounts receivable tracking.

Maintenance of the digital and physical archive of backups (timesheets, invoices, approvals, reports)
Education and experience

University degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance or related career.

Minimum experience of 2 to 3 years in:

Billing control of services by project.

Use of management systems such as QuickBooks, advanced Excel or equivalent ERP.

Knowledge of billing processes in multi-client or multi-service environments.

Experience in technical services, construction or data center companies’ desirable.
Skills and competencies

Intermediate or advanced management of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reconciliations, logical formulas).

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online.

Knowledge of invoicing processes, time control and revenue tracking.

Attention to detail, organization and compliance with deadlines.

Analytical thinking and control orientation.

Ability to coordinate between operations, finance, and accounting.

Discretion and responsibility in the handling of sensitive information.
