Business Development Rep – Oil & Gas (Gulf Coast)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Leader to drive our commercial expansion across the Gulf Coast region. This is a senior, high-impact role for a results-driven professional who excels at building strategic partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and closing high-value opportunities in a technical and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate relationships with prospective clients across targeted Gulf Coast markets.

  • Lead discovery conversations, schedule meetings, and present tailored solutions to prospective customers.

  • Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for oil & gas robotics solutions in the U.S. Gulf Coast.

  • Build, manage, and expand long-term relationships with major oil & gas operators and service providers.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and global networking events.

  • Collaborate closely with the UK-based team to ensure seamless client engagement and successful project delivery.

  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform product development and strategic planning.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in complex or technical solutions.

  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and managing long, consultative sales cycles.

  • Strong executive-level presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently.

  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory.

  • Highly motivated, energetic, and results-oriented professional.

  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior B2B sales experience within oil & gas, industrial services, robotics, or related sectors.

  • Established network within the Gulf Coast oil & gas market strongly preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $125,000

  • Commission: $5,000–$10,000 annually

  • Benefits: Full medical coverage
