Key Responsibilities
- Manage webinars and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution, troubleshooting, and post-event content delivery
- Serve as the subject matter expert for marketing technology platforms, including CRM, email marketing, CMS, webinar, and analytics tools
- Provide user training, technical support, documentation, and best-practice guidance
- Support website content updates, email campaigns, and thought leadership distribution
- Coordinate marketing projects, monitor workflows, and assist with resource planning
- Partner with IT and external vendors to implement enhancements and resolve technical issues
- Maintain marketing databases, distribution lists, and CRM data integrity
- Analyze website, email, webinar, and campaign performance, providing actionable insights and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing technology, automation, and digital processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, marketing operations, IT, or a related field
- Professional services experience preferred
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, webinar platforms, CMS, and analytics tools
- Strong technical troubleshooting, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, and digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with AI-enabled marketing tools and automation is a plus
