Responsibilities

- Prepare and e-file documents in state and federal courts
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation

- Handle client intake, billing coordination, and time entry
- Maintain organized electronic and physical files

- Provide general administrative and legal support as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma required; 5 years of legal secretarial experience
- Litigation support experience and knowledge of court procedures
- Advanced Microsoft Office and legal software proficiency (e.g., NetDocs, Adobe, billing systems)

- Strong understanding of legal terminology and document formatting
