Rewinder

Currently seeking a Winder to repair and rewind various types of electro-mechanical equipment for various end users. Will work with a variety of manual lathes, mills, welders, and tooling while ensuring quality and safety.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and document condition of electro mechanical equipment
• Dismantle, clean, and prepare equipment for rewinding
• Rewind motors including single-phase, three-phase, DC fields, armatures, and more
• Operate winding machines, surge testers, burnout ovens, forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools
• Follow proper insulating techniques and safety procedures
• Record job data accurately and complete paperwork in a timely manner
• Collaborate with shop personnel and assist others as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Rewinding experience
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Work OT as needed

Pay

• $28.00/hr - $38.00/hr
