What Makes This Opportunity Different
You'll begin with roughly two months of hands-on training at corporate headquarters, learning their systems, processes, and project management approach before stepping into a key support role for the Alaska operations. From there, you'll work side by side with their Alaska Regional Construction Manager a leader who made the same jump from the field to management and now oversees projects throughout the state.
What You'll Own
- Coordinate day-to-day with field superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to keep projects moving
- Support Project Managers in executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Own assigned project management deliverables and see them through to completion
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Contribute to scheduling, procurement, and manpower planning
- Support estimating and project closeout activities
- Keep project records and reporting systems accurate and current
- Take on growing responsibility for the financial and operational side of commercial construction management
What We're Looking For
- A desire to build a long-term career in construction management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Candidates with less hands-on field experience may still be considered if they bring exceptional organization and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Hands-on commercial interiors experience is strongly preferred — metal stud framing, drywall, taping, painting, or acoustical ceilings

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 DOE ESOP Benefits Career Advancement Opportunity
