Today, we work with job seekers and companies locally and remotely across the United States to fill both technical and non-technical jobs.
The Position
Talener is hiring a Recruitment & Business Development Associate in Boston. This is a hybrid position located in downtown Boston.
In this position, you will learn the entire recruitment, account delivery, and business development cycle from the ground up. We will guide you through each training milestone. You will progress from pure candidate sourcing and recruitment to client interaction and delivery. Finally, you will move into full-desk account management that impacts every aspect of the recruitment, delivery, and business development cycle.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a proven interest in sales through academic clubs, leadership roles or previous work experience / internship
- Goal-oriented mindset that thrives at meeting specific performance targets
- Persistence while working through obstacles and objections
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including phone calls, video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and email
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader
- Ability to embed AI usage into day-to-day operations
- Grasp technical concepts quickly, including recruiting software (ATS), utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree
The Offer
- Base Salary: $60,000
- Incentives & Bonus Eligible
