Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT and Business Intelligence projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize reporting and analytics requirements.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and analysts to design and implement reporting solutions.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable deliverables.
- Drive reporting initiatives that provide meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level presentations.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting best practices are followed.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation adoption.
- 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
- Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau or Microstrategy
- Advanced SQL skills, including querying, data validation, and reporting support.
- Experience managing technology projects involving reporting, analytics, or data platforms.
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, CS, Business, or related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certification.
- Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms.
- Knowledge of reporting governance and KPI development.
- Experience working in, legal, financial services, or enterprise environments
