- Professional work experience working for a Media, News, or heavy content-driven organization.
- Hands-on experience processing, optimizing, and building pipelines for large-scale media assets, including text, image, and video content.
- Deep familiarity with advanced text retrieval and discovery techniques, including entity resolution, contextual similarity, and embedding--driven semantic search.
- Practical understanding of multi-modal retrieval pipelines, user intent classification, and blended search optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with graph data models and designing entity-relationship schemas.
