Responsibilities
- Design, configure, validate, and maintain EHR integrations between healthcare provider systems and a healthcare technology platform
- Work extensively with HL7 and FHIR-based integrations, ensuring reliable data exchange and seamless workflow connectivity
- Troubleshoot integration and data-related issues, leveraging databases, integration platforms, and diagnostic queries to identify root causes and implement solutions
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and third-party technology partners during implementation and support engagements
- Lead technical discussions and communicate project status, updates, and expectations to both internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to improve integration processes and drive successful customer outcomes
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of delivery and customer experience
- 2 years of experience developing, supporting, or maintaining HL7 and FHIR-based EHR integrations
- Experience working with integration engines in a healthcare environment; experience with Rhapsody is highly preferred, though other integration platforms will be considered
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including experience diagnosing data issues and performing root cause analysis using SQL or similar query languages
- Ability to work directly with healthcare customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders throughout implementation and support cycles
- Excellent communication skills with experience leading technical calls and managing customer-facing conversations
- Experience balancing multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and passion for solving complex technical and data integration challenges
- Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)
- Additional compensation may include bonus and/or incentive opportunities
