Salary: $170,000 - $185,000 plus 15% on-target bonus
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Expectations 2-3 days a month onsite, the bulk of the time can be remote)

Core Requirements & Responsibilities
- 6 years of Product Management experience in high-scale B2C or B2B2C environments, driving long-term strategy and feature prioritization.
- Proven track record as a senior or principal individual contributor delivering high-visibility digital products with clear business impact within complex enterprise ecosystems.
- Lead day-to-day continuous discovery and rapid delivery cycles alongside product designers, engineers, and data scientists
- Partner with engineering on system architecture and technical trade-offs to upgrade legacy applications and consolidate system functionalities.
- Establish and track product KPIs and OKRs, using quantitative data and user testing to prioritize roadmaps and validate hypotheses.
