Key Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy and execution for legacy system decommissioning and data archiving.
- Define requirements and guide development for extracting, migrating, and normalizing healthcare data.
- Introduce automation and cloud-native solutions to improve efficiency and AI readiness.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams on launches, pricing, and adoption.
- Own P&L and drive platform adoption across hospitals, labs, payers, and other healthcare partners.
- Experience in health IT product management or healthcare data platforms.
- Knowledge of EMR systems and large-scale data migrations.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable results.
- Exposure to cloud, automation, and AI initiatives preferred.
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
