Required Skills
- 8 years of capital sales experience, ideally in manufacturing
- Ability to develop strategic plans to accomplish quarterly goals
- Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers
- Present proposals to customer requirements
- Work with Application Engineers to assess equipment needs
- Work with engineers to present demos
- Act as primary liaison between customers and sales teams
- Attend trade shows for CNC Machines
- Ability to travel to customer sites
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience selling 3-5 axis machines including lathes, mills and turns
- Medical device sales
- Microsoft Office
- $65,000-75,000 base salary
- Commission
- Annual bonus
- OTE of $250,000-300,000
