Overview
We are seeking an experienced MPL(Materials, Plant, Logistics) Manager to oversee the plant. Experience with CMS, MRP, and other lean manufacturing experience is required.

Duties
- Oversea all material and product movement and operations
- Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse operations to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and develop strong supplier relationships.
- Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with manufacturing schedules and demand forecasts.
- Utilize MRP systems for materials planning and scheduling to support manufacturing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, quality assurance, and logistics to ensure material availability and quality standards are met.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles
- Monitor compliance with contractual agreements and manage supply chain risks proactively.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to materials management processes.
Skills
- Extensive experience with CMS
- Strong knowledge of MRP, demand planning, and production scheduling techniques.
- Proven ability to manage people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
