Printing Press Operations Technician

Step onto the production floor where precision and pace define your day. As our Printing Press Operations Technician, you’ll start by reviewing job tickets, checking materials, and setting up the press for the first run. You’ll calibrate machine settings based on specs and stock type, bring the press up to speed, and fine-tune registration and color to hit quality marks from the very first sheet.

Throughout the shift, you’ll monitor output, make adjustments on the fly, and keep the line moving to meet tight deadlines. When minor issues arise, you’ll troubleshoot quickly and perform routine maintenance to keep the equipment performing at its best. You’ll update production logs, flag any anomalies for management, and collaborate closely with teammates to stay aligned on goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical printing training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role preferred.
• Sharp attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance.
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
