  • Engage in leadership activities (for leadership role) to support program growth, policy development, and team coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including nurses, diabetic educators, and case managers.
  • Maintain certifications as needed and pursue additional training in HIV or antibiotic stewardship if applicable.
  • Contribute to program development efforts funded through recent grants, including support services expansion.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board-certified or eligible in Infectious Diseases.
  • Strong clinical experience in infectious disease management.
  • Prior experience or interest in HIV care, certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, cultural competence, and ability to work within a diverse patient population.
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking, are highly preferred.
  • Ability to obtain or hold relevant certifications, including HIV certification.
  • Willingness to obtain HIV certification if not currently certified.
  • Leadership experience is desired for the inpatient-focused role.

Some Of The Benefits

  • Supportive team environment with dedicated nurse practitioners and educators.
  • Opportunities for leadership and program development.
  • H1B visa transfer sponsorship available.
  • Work in a busy, well-established clinic with a positive, community-focused mission.
  • Flexible scheduling, including dedicated outpatient and inpatient days.
