Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the OASAS-certified Part 820 Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Program.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable New York State OASAS regulations, standards, and funding requirements. Maintain audit readiness and oversee corrective actions following reviews or audits.
- Manage daily operations, including admissions, clinical documentation, discharge planning, and capacity utilization.
- Oversee clinical supervision, ensuring staff meet credentialing and licensing standards while promoting trauma-informed, culturally responsive care.
- Supervise multidisciplinary staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the program’s budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility, accurate billing, and adherence to funding restrictions.
- Monitor quality metrics, client satisfaction, and program outcomes; lead continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a primary liaison with funders, regulatory agencies, and community partners to promote program visibility and compliance.
- Oversee grant and contract management, including timely reporting and achievement of performance indicators.
- Current New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and CASAC certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing an OASAS Part 820 residential program.
- At least 10 years of staff and team management experience, including multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in budget management, fiscal oversight, and grant compliance.
- Extensive knowledge of OASAS regulations, audit processes, and reporting standards.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written communication and proficiency with electronic health records (EHRs) and compliance tracking systems.
