Responsibilities

• Both inpatient and outpatient care
• Teaching responsibilities for medical students, residents, and fellows
• Join a collaborative environment with extensive resources, including comprehensive tumor boards, advanced radiology, pathology services, and access to clinical trials
• Opportunities to lead or participate in oncology research
  
  

Requirements:

• Medical Degree
• NY Medical License
• Active NYS DEA
• BE/BC in Hematology/Oncology
• Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
• Hematology Oncology Fellowship
• Expertise in managing thrombosis and bleeding disorders while being well-versed in general benign hematology, hemoglobinopathies, and complementopathies
• Strong Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization to promote a culture of patient safety
• Strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, patient-centered Health System
• Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, challenging the status quo and striving to innovate and improve care delivery
