Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and assess organization-wide interventions, leadership development programs, and talent management strategies.
- Lead large-scale organizational change and transformation initiatives to support strategic objectives.
- Facilitate leadership retreats, team interventions, and strategic planning sessions to align teams and departments with organizational goals.
- Spearhead employee engagement initiatives, including overseeing the Employee Engagement Survey process and translating data into actionable strategies.
- Act as a trusted internal coach for senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational and talent development.
- Collaborate with strategic planning teams to integrate organizational development initiatives with overarching organizational goals.
- Use diagnostic tools to evaluate organizational health, recommend improvements, and support organizational redesign efforts.
- Proven experience in organizational development, talent management, and transformational leadership within complex, large-scale organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate organizational goals into effective programs and initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and facilitate organizational redesign.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with experience designing training curricula and content.
- Capability to analyze data and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary : $185,000 - $215,000
