Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive internal medicine care to adult patients, addressing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform routine physicals, preventive visits, and wellness screenings.

• Coordinate referrals to specialists and collaborate on personalized care plans.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough medical documentation.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Active New York medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
