Location: Raleigh, NC (On-Site)

We are looking for a dedicated Network Engineer II to support our telecommunications services and network projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on WAN, LAN, VPN, wireless environments, and more, ensuring the stability and efficiency of our communications infrastructure.
Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Qualifications:
- No minimum years of experience required (entry-level candidates considered)
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts such as SD-WAN, data circuits, and troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Teams
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
What You Will Do:
- Assist with network service requests and coordinate with vendors to support installations and upgrades
- Monitor and review network metrics, generating reports for management
- Support circuit implementation, disconnections, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with vendors on day-to-day WAN activities and escalations
- Use provisioning tools and ServiceNow to process and track service orders and tickets
- Troubleshoot network issues involving routers, switches, VPNs, and remote connections
Work Environment:
This is an on-site position based in Raleigh, NC, with a hybrid work schedule currently allowing staff to report to the office 4 days a week. Flexibility for on-call, after-hours, and occasional weekend work is required.
Additional Details:
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder)
- Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance
- Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years with no travel outside the US for 6 months or more in recent years
