Overview
We are seeking a Jr. Identity Security Metrics Consultant & Databricks Analyst to support enterprise identity security initiatives. This role will focus on developing meaningful identity security metrics, delivering executive-level reporting, and leveraging Databricks to extract, analyze, and improve data quality. The ideal candidate will combine cybersecurity knowledge, identity security experience, and strong data analytics skills to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain identity security metrics and reporting within identity platforms such as Okta, Ping, and similar tools.
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Databricks to create reports and dashboards.
- Apply AI/ML concepts to support fraud detection, identity assurance, and data quality initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and executive stakeholders through clear, data-driven storytelling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity security and data analytics efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of cybersecurity experience.
- 1 year of experience in an identity security or identity metrics-focused role.
- 1 year supporting technical implementations involving identity platforms (Okta, Ping, etc.) and/or Databricks.
- Experience applying AI/ML techniques for fraud detection, identity authentication, and/or data quality improvements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to executive audiences.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Additional years of applicable experience may be substituted for formal education.
Additional Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
- Must be able to pass a client-mandated screening process, which may include:
- Drug screening
- Criminal background check
- Credit check
- Cannot have more than six months of travel outside the United States within the past five years (military service excluded).
