Overview
Analyzes post-production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Education & Certification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Planning, Science, or Engineering.

Responsibilities
- Manage overall inventory health across the global distribution network for stocked parts.
- Oversee MRP capabilities related to inventory balancing and replenishment for stocked and non-stocked parts.
- Coordinate with program management and finance to align inventory plans with business and financial goals.
- Collaborate across supply chain and engineering teams to leverage insights for supportability and planning strategies.
- Partner with Customer Program Managers and utilize customer relationships to gather intelligence for demand planning.
- Identify and disposition excess material, sourcing from within Boeing’s supply network.
- Integrate with Program Management and Business Development on stocking strategies domestically and internationally.
- Contribute to the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, focusing on Inventory Planning.
- Achieve and report on Supply Chain Planning KPIs such as Fill Rate, On-Time Delivery, and Stocked Zero Bin.
- Maintain performance metrics for Tailored Part Packages and Service Level Agreements.
- Identify and manage critical parts, utilizing Management Control and Inventory Reserves to protect AOG & High Priority orders.
- Develop sourcing strategies with Supplier Management, Finance, and Program Management, including long-term contracts and material cost optimizations.
- Leverage analytics for ongoing automation of business processes.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
- SAP experience.
- Strong Excel modeling skills.
- Knowledge in Supply Chain Demand & Supply Planning & Strategy.
