Onsite Requirements
This role is onsite in Washington, DC, at the Hoover building.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis and testing initiatives within systems engineering and data validation projects.
- Collaborate with customer and business owners to gather and refine functional, performance, system, and security requirements.
- Conduct demonstrations and briefings to showcase incremental project progress.
- Work as part of an integrated project team, coordinating with other vendors to meet common objectives.
- Develop and execute unit test plans, including test data and documentation of test results.
- Support ETL development, warehouse, and relational database concepts, following industry best practices.
- Communicate complex technical information effectively across all management levels.
- Identify requirements and deliver results through strong stakeholder engagement and technical expertise.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience leading requirements analysis and testing for systems engineering or data validation projects.
- Demonstrable experience working with customer/business owners to develop functional data and system requirements.
- Knowledge of business intelligence systems, ETL processes, and database concepts.
- Experience conducting demonstrations and briefings illustrating project progress.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work within an integrated project team, coordinating with multiple vendors.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SQL for data analysis to support testing activities.
- Prior work experience with the Federal Bureau of Investigation is preferred.
