Key Responsibilities
- Greet grooming clients; escort to grooming lounge
- Use two-way radio (no phones in dog-care areas)
- Close office door during dog transitions
- Give 1–2 short tours/week from a provided script
- No dog handling (no feeding, walking, or play)
- Barter only: Office use in exchange for on-site coverage. No wages/benefits. No employment relationship
- You are responsible for your own work/business/taxes
- 30-day trial, then month-to-month; either side may end with 14 days’ notice (immediate termination for safety violations)
- Friendly, calm, and dependable
- Enjoys being around dogs without needing hands-on interaction
- Communicates clearly and can respond promptly to radio calls
- Looking for a long-term partnership (ideally one year or more)
