You'll be our superhero in finding incredible volunteer host families in your local schools and surrounding communities who are eager to open their hearts and homes to high school exchange students from over 50 countries.

What You’ll Do
As a Host Family Recruiter and Mentor, you’ll play a vital role in our international student exchange program by:
- Recruiting Host Families: Connect with families in your community who are excited to host international exchange students.
- Screening and Matching: Evaluate and match families with students based on shared interests and compatibility, ensuring a positive experience for both.
- Mentoring Exchange Students: Support students after arrival, helping them adjust to their new surroundings and thrive during their stay.
- Building Relationships: Maintain ongoing communication with host families and students to foster strong, lasting connections.
Compensation: Competitive compensation per student plus bonus and incentive trip opportunities
