Creative Awards Marketing Manager

JOB OVERVIEW:
Team Focus: Film & Series Awards Creative Campaigns (FYC / Oscars / Guilds)
You will create and manage the visual marketing campaigns that support film titles during awards season. You will work on how films and series are presented to industry voters through creative advertising and campaign materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage awards-season creative campaigns (FYC, Oscars, Guilds, Emmys)
- Review and help shape film and series creative direction (posters, key art, trailers, imagery)
Work with agencies to create visual campaign assets, including:
- Trade ads
- Billboards / OOH
- Print ads (magazines, newspapers, covers)
- Digital ads and social creative
- TV spots and promotional media
- Specialty posters and campaign artwork
- Ensure all campaign materials are aligned across teams and platforms
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, publicity, media, social, content)
- Manage external creative agencies and keep campaigns on schedule
- Help bring awards campaigns from concept → execution → launch
IDEAL BACKGROUND:
- Film studio, streaming platform, or entertainment creative agency experience
- Experience working on awards-season campaigns or prestige film marketing
- Strong eye for visual storytelling and campaign aesthetics
- Comfortable reviewing and directing creative across multiple titles at once
- High-quality FYC and awards-season creative assets
- Smooth execution across multiple campaigns under tight deadlines
- Strong collaboration across internal teams and external agencies
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
- 5 years in film / TV / entertainment creative marketing
- Experience with creative campaign development (not just operations or production)
- Hands-on work with visual advertising (posters, OOH, digital, print, trailers)
- Familiarity with awards marketing / FYC campaigns (preferred but not required)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment
