Job Title: Contracts Analyst
Location: Hybrid at Tucson, AZ
Schedule Preference: PST / MST - Mon to Fri
Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr
1 year contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement
Job Overview
Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage contract milestones, billing triggers, invoicing, revenue forecasting, and reporting for Pharma partners. This role will also improve processes, maintain accurate systems, and create dashboards for business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Track contract terms, milestones, renewals, and payment triggers
- Coordinate accurate and timely invoicing
- Support revenue forecasting and variance analysis
- Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Ensure contract data accuracy in internal systems
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and stakeholders
- Assist with training materials and reporting updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in contracts, analytics, billing, or finance
- Healthcare, Diagnostics, Pharma, or IVD experience preferred
- Contract interpretation experience is a plus
