In this role, you will help develop and execute integrated creative marketing campaigns that support a broad portfolio of entertainment content. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategy, creative development, and execution across multiple channels and audiences.
Responsibilities include managing creative campaigns from concept through launch across print, out-of-home, digital, television, radio, and specialty marketing materials. You will work closely with internal marketing, publicity, media, social, and content teams while coordinating with external creative agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
You will also oversee project timelines, facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage approvals and deliverables, and ensure campaigns are executed with a high level of quality and strategic consistency. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Our Ideal Candidate
- 5 years of experience in entertainment marketing, creative marketing, campaign management, or integrated advertising
- Passion for film, television, and entertainment with a strong foundation in creative strategy and campaign execution
- Experienced in developing multi-channel marketing campaigns across print, digital, out-of-home, television, radio, and experiential platforms
- Familiar with industry awards campaigns, promotional initiatives, and entertainment marketing best practices
- Skilled in collaborating with media, publicity, social, content, and creative teams to execute cohesive marketing strategies
- Proven ability to manage agency partners, multiple stakeholders, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- High-energy, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Background in entertainment marketing, integrated campaign management, creative advertising, publicity, or media marketing
- Experience managing agency relationships and multi-channel marketing campaigns required
- Familiarity with awards-focused marketing campaigns and industry recognition programs preferred
- This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, California and may require hybrid onsite collaboration as needed
- The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $60.00 – $64.50 per hour
- This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
Salary : $60 - $65
