Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: 180 N Gulph Road, King of Prussia, PA 19406 (Hybrid: 1-2 days in office)
Compensation: $47.00-$52.00/hr
Contract Duration: 6 weeks (possible extension through the summer)

The first two locations will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025. This is another step in our commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including The Queen’s Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London’s West End and coming to Broadway March 28. As part of the HR Team, this role focuses on finding great talent to help us scale our employee population. The role will drive impact by partnering with hiring managers and internal talent stakeholders to help build a world-class team.
What You’ll Do:
The role is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across our attractions operations portfolio, which will include a high volume of hourly positions. You will be responsible for sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, issuing offer letters, and regularly providing status updates on your progress.
You will develop a recruiting plan that will expand our talent pools and ensure there’s a diverse range of candidates for both short term and long term efforts. You’ll use deep sourcing techniques to identify strong talent and relay market intel back to your hiring partners to better refine and execute your recruiting strategy
You’ll work directly with hiring managers as your true partners to find and attract talent specific to the team’s needs. You’ll coach and advise based on your growing knowledge in niche markets, compensation and the competitive landscape.
You’ll participate in full-cycle recruiting, including interview, offer, negotiate and close candidates. You’ll ensure that candidates understand and embrace our unique culture.
You’ll own and juggle multiple requisitions and balance moving quickly with a great candidate experience. You’ll use your own judgement on how to best organize, prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment while juggling a high volume of candidates at a single time.

You are comfortable pivoting strategies when an approach isn’t working and are always seeking to hire the very best candidates.
You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience in a retail and/or hospitality environment, high volume preferred.
Salary : $47 - $52
