Our client, an attractions and entertainment organization, is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across its attractions operations portfolio. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive recruiting processes forward in a fast-paced environment. The Contract Recruiter will support recruiting efforts across multiple operational teams, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while maintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders throughout the process.
**Please note this is a hybrid, one month contract role based in King of Prussia, PA. Pay will be $52/hr.**
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across high-volume hourly roles within the attraction’s operations portfolio
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, align on hiring needs, and provide regular pipeline updates
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage candidates through offer and closing stages
- Build diverse talent pipelines using creative sourcing techniques and market research
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes
- Draft and issue offer letters while supporting the offer approval and onboarding process
Qualifications:
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in retail, hospitality, or other high-volume environments
- Strong experience managing multiple requisitions and fast-moving candidate pipelines independently
- Proven sourcing skills and ability to attract talent in competitive markets
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
