Client Services Specialist - Bilingual LATAM
Location: 17100 NW 59TH AVE, Hialeah, FL 33015
Pay Rate: $21/hour on W2 (paid weekly)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm EST
- Training: 100% On-Site (Approx. 120 Days)
- Post-Training: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
Start Date: ASAP, pending onboarding completion.
Contract: Initial 12-month contract

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team in Miami (Hialeah), FL. This critical role serves as the primary point of contact for our high-revenue clients within the Latin America (Brazil) market.
You will be responsible for handling complex inquiries related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products via email and phone. This role is perfect for a professional who thrives on providing exceptional, timely service and has proven expertise in seamless communication across language barriers.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Bilingual Fluency: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (required to service the Brazil client base).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional Detail Orientation: Demonstrated strong attention to detail for processing requests accurately and ensuring compliance.
- Communication: Superior oral and written communication skills to articulate client-centric solutions clearly and professionally.
- Relationship Focus: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in the Banking or Financial industry.
- 1 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with multitasking, including the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while actively engaging with customers (active listening).
- Skills in Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Quality Assurance, and Time Management.
- Spanish language skills are a significant plus.
