Pastry Chef, sought at our historic, possibly haunted, Forepaugh's restaurant.
Essential Functions:
* Responsible for Preparing a wide variety of delicious desserts, pastries and sweet goods
* Able to follow recipes to create pastries and baked goods
* Testing new recipes * Work well with a talented team of chefs
* Keep stock of the kitchens inventory
* able to produce a high volume of products*
* Be on time
* Maintain assigned work station in a safe and sanitary condition
* Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code
* Other tasks as assigned by the leadership team

* Able to follow oral and written directions
