We are currently seeking an experienced, Bartender to join our teamat our historic Forepaugh's Restaurant!
Essential Functions:
* Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times
* Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests
* Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
* Verify the identification and age of customers
* Keeps entire bar area clean; stocks and sets up station
* Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
* Learning or creating recipes for cocktails
* Possessing strong people skills
* Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
* Being observant, detail-oriented, and courteous
* Processing payments
* Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 year related food service experience preferred
* Outstanding guest service skills
* Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
* Ability to do simple arithmetic
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Successfully pass a criminal background check
